Hours of Operation

• Mid-May through October:  7 days a week, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• October through mid-May:  Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Dock Service

• During these hours, our loading dock is open to the public for any of their ice needs [click here for directions]

Delivery

• Weekly route delivery is standard for all of our accounts outside of Fairfield County
• Our route schedule runs from mid-May through October.
• During the summer, we are here for our customers 7 days a week.
• If any of our customers run low on ice at any point, all they have to do is call us - and we'll re-route a truck to their location as soon as possible!
• Due to close proximity to our plant, ice deliveries to our customers within Fairfield County occur when they call.
• After-hour deliveries are available to restaurants and bars using our pager service.

Merchandisers

• We rent merchandisers for special events; e.g. private parties, fairs, carnivals.
